REFERRAL LETTER 911 URGENT ROOFING In 2010 a major hailstorm hit the Phoenix area causing $2.7 billion in property damage. After the storm it was impossible to find a roofer and their prices jumped dramatically. A friend suggested I call Ramon Lopez at Enriquez Roofing, now 911 URGENT ROOFING; that phone call started a 10-year relationship. Ramon came out and looked at the roof and gave me an estimate to replace the entire roof. He gave me an estimate that I thought was fair based upon what my neighbors were paying with other roofers. I signed a contract and he replaced my roof. I found him to be honest, reliable, and best of all, he communicated well throughout the process. The fact that he was accessible gave me comfort and made me feel that he valued me as a customer. Since then I have referred Ramon and 911 URGENT ROOFING to many of my family members and friends. They all found him to be reliable, honest and fair. Over the next 10-year period I started buying and remodeling homes for resale. I always call 911 URGENT ROOFING to do an inspection and any repairs or replacement that was recommended. Without fail, he has been honest and didn’t oversell work that wasn’t needed but when issues were apparent, he provided a fair price and did the work on time and a was very professional during the whole process. I have no reservations recommending 911 URGENT ROOFING to anyone needing an honest roofer to evaluate their roof and repair or replace, as necessary.
